If I have to talk about the leading non-Chinese mobile phone brands, well there are many, who have presented great smartphones. Apart from Samsung, some other notable brands are – Nokia, Asus, LG, and Panasonic.
Mind it, due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the price of many smartphones has gone up on e-commerce portals like Amazon/Flipkart. It may take a few weeks for the process to settle down.
